This presentation will discuss workplace violence and what can be done to minimize and prevent violent incidents from occurring.
It will examine past workplace violent incidents and describe the "typical" profile of a workplace killer. It will provide information promoting a safe and healthy workplace, as well as hiring issues, termination procedures, and proper background investigations for potential employees. Physical security such as cameras, access systems, alarms will also be covered.
